We are Earn and Tony, two passionate food and wellness enthusiasts on a mission to provide high-protein, plant-based meals that fuel both performance and sustainability.
Earn, a Chiang Mai native, has dedicated over a decade to using food as a way to connect people. As the founder of Barefoot and Pohsop Local Rice Eatery, she has mastered the art of creating innovative, health-conscious dishes using fresh, local ingredients. Her transition to a vegetarian lifestyle six years ago deepened her commitment to holistic living and sustainable nutrition.
Tony, a French author and coach, has prioritized personal development since 2015, with a strong focus on fitness and optimal nutrition. As a vegetarian athlete, he understands the importance of meals that support an active lifestyle without compromising taste or ethics.
Together, we created The Green Athlete, a vegan high-protein meal prep service designed for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone looking to fuel their body with nutrient-dense, plant-powered meals. Our mission is simple: to help you perform at your best while making choices that are good for both your health and the planet.
