We rotate our menu weekly with more than 40 high-protein vegan and vegetarian recipes, each containing 30–40 grams of protein. How It Works

1. Weekly Sign-Up

We close weekly sign-ups every Sunday at 12:00. This allows our team to finalize the ingredient list and prepare everything for the week ahead. If you want to be included in the next round, make sure you order before this deadline.

2. Cooking & Prep

On Monday morning, our dedicated team gets to work: chopping, marinating and cooking from scratch. By noon, your first batch of meals is ready to go.

This system ensures your food is always fresh and prepared in our brand-new kitchen, built 100% for The Green Athlete meal prep. Having our own space means more creativity, higher quality control and a smoother experience for you.

3. Delivery Options

We deliver twice per week to keep your food fresh:

  • 5 meals per week plan → 3 meals Monday, 2 meals Thursday
  • 10 meals per week plan → 6 meals Monday, 4 meals Thursday

Prefer Tuesday/Friday instead? No problem, we can adjust, just let us know what you prefer.

We also offer two delivery windows:

  • From 12:00 pm
  • From 6:00 pm

And here’s the best part: if you live within 5 km of our kitchen near Chiang Mai train station, delivery is free. If you’re further away, we can still deliver, any extra fee simply covers the Grab cost we pay our drivers.

We make zero profit on delivery because our mission is simple: make healthy living easier for you.

Want to skip delivery entirely? You’re welcome to pick up your meals directly at our kitchen.

Customization & Preferences

Every athlete is different and we respect that.

We happily adapt to allergies, intolerances, or small preferences (less spicy, no mushrooms, etc.). For highly personalized meal plans, we’ll discuss with you directly to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Payment Made Simple

We want payment to be as easy as possible:

  • Thai QR code transfers
  • Wise or Revolut
  • Cash payments (only at our kitchen or at Barefoot, not upon delivery, to keep our small team safe from no-shows)
